Hi I'm Sarah

I’m an experienced Personal Development coach and best-selling author who specialises in supporting women through the challenging stages of their life.

I’m also a 40-year old mum of two,  who is more and more aware that my “second stage” is fast approaching!

I’ve created this Planner to help all women (and myself) to embrace our menopause with optimism; feeling prepared, empowered and positive about what comes next.

As a coach, my work is focused on helping women create a strong emotional foundation, harnessing the power of positivity to cope with the curve balls that life throws our way.

After my own 6-year battle with infertility and IVF, I launched “The IVF Positivity Planner”.

An international best-seller, the Planner is a unique and effective coaching programme in a book, mixing the power of journaling with tried-and-tested coping strategies, expert coaching techniques and goal setting.

I’m so proud to say that it’s helped women all over the world regain control and feel calmer, more informed and more positive throughout fertility treatment.

Now, as I - and many of my clients - move past this point in our journeys, my focus has naturally shifted to our imminent peri-menopause and menopause transitions.

Our generation has come a long way in boosting awareness about women’s health issues, from periods to fertility to mental health.

And now, though we are finally discussing peri-menopause and menopause more openly thanks to trailblazers like Davina McCall, there is still far too little support and understanding for those of us going through this crucial life stage.

We are half the population, after all!

So I’ve immersed myself in menopause research, getting prepared to better support the women I work with.

I understand first-hand how we ladies over a certain age can feel invisible and overlooked by a society driven by the ideal of youth and peppered with unrealistic expectations.

We can be under a lot of pressure, both emotionally and time-wise, as we hold down jobs and manage our family and home lives.

Add ageing, the struggle to find clothing that falls between “wearing a crop top” and “ready for a twinset” and new and confusing symptoms like night sweats, anxiety and mood swings - all too often misdiagnosed as depression… and we need more support.

We need more support, both emotionally and physically. We need more support that informs us, empowers us and helps us to cope with unnerving changes.

And better - we need more support that helps us to create the life we want as we enter this next stage.

This Planner is designed to offer that support, and to help you bring the focus back to you.

I wanted to take the learnings and successes of my IVF Planner and adapt them to help women through this next major life stage - the support and guidance you need and deserve!

I’ve designed this Planner to help you reprioritise yourself and your emotional wellbeing.

Its purpose is to help you feel happy, in control and able to prioritise what is important to you in what can be a really exciting time of your life.

After all, our menopause and post-menopause journeys will last the rest of our lives, so let’s enter and travel through them feeling they way we should - happy, confident, attractive, important, loved and seen.

Here’s to our happy journeys! Enjoy,

With love

Sarah xx
